🎓 Eligibility Criteria for ONGC Civil Structural Engineer Posts
1. Senior Civil Structural Engineer
- Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: Postgraduate Degree in Structural Engineering
- Software Proficiency:
- Must: SACS
- Desirable: GRLWEAP, SESAM, STAAD Pro, ANSYS
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in offshore oil & gas design
- At least 5 years in FEED and pre-service engineering for fixed platforms
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on last date of registration
2. Junior Civil Structural Engineer
- Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: Postgraduate Degree in Structural Engineering
- Software Proficiency:
- Must: SACS
- Desirable: GRLWEAP, SESAM, STAAD Pro, ANSYS
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in offshore oil & gas design
- At least 5 years in FEED and pre-service engineering for fixed platforms
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on last date of registration
💼 ONGC Contract Tenure and Compensation
- Tenure: 5 years fixed-term contract
- Annual CTC:
- Senior Engineer: Up to ₹60 lakhs (negotiable)
- Junior Engineer: Up to ₹40 lakhs (negotiable)

🧮 Selection Process & Merit Criteria
